PAISLEY POEMS IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SUBMISSIONS
Paisley Poems features poems and poets that have connection to the town of Paisley, Scotland. If you’d like to have your work featured in our next edition, please follow the guidelines below.
- Send one poem at a time, up to a maximum of 100 lines.
- Send this as a word document or PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the email subject ‘SUBMISSION’.
- This poem should not have been published before – if it’s accepted somewhere else after you submit, please let us know.
- In your email, include your contact number, your full name (or pen name) as you would like it to appear in the magazine, and one sentence summarising your/your poem’s connection to Paisley. This may be edited and will appear alongside your poem if selected.
Unfortunately, we’re not in a position to offer payment to poets at the moment. If your poem is published, we’ll have first publication rights but after that all rights will revert to you.
Response times will vary depending on publication schedule – if you have any queries please get in touch at the email address above.
